A Winter Run

Nick and his friend competed in the 5K Ugly Sweater Run through Riverside Park (minus the ugly sweaters).  They both did great.

They had some time for pictures before getting warmed up for the race.

Nick had a strong finish and beat out the competition.

This was Nick's friend's first race ever and he did a great job.  He finished 5th in his age/gender group.  

The boys refueled, recuperated, and warmed up after their run.

Nick finished in 3rd place for the boys with a time of 22 minutes and 51 seconds.
